Homework: Friday Sept. 8 (A) and Mon. Sept. 11 (B)

This is the homework assignment that will be given on Friday Sept. 8 for A days and Monday Sept. 11 for B days.....the assignment is due Tuesday Sept. 12 (A) or Wednesday, Sept. 13 (B).

HOLT HANDBOOK: Pages 25 - 26. (Bottom of page 25) Exercise 1. Do 1-10. Write down all the nouns in each sentence. Do not write the whole sentence!

Here is the homework that will be assigned on Wednesday and Thursday. This homework is due on Friday (Sept. 8) for A day classes and Monday (Sept. 11) for B day classes:

Study prefixes 10-27. Those are the prefixes from "dis" through "un." There will be a quiz on these days. The quiz will be similar to the first prefix quiz. You should know what the prefix means and be able to give two sample words, spelled correctly.
