Periods 1,4,6: Read Chapters 7 and 8 in The Giver and do the literature circle assignment. Please bring in your Holt Literature books if you have not already.
Periods 2, 3: Read to II, which is on page 98 in the paperback and around that page in the new book. Do the literature circle assignment. Return your Holt Literature book if you haven't already.
Remember that the extra credit assignment is due on May 22 (A) and May 23 (B). It cannot be handed in after those dates (depending which day your class is on. For A day students, I will not accept it on the 23rd). Also, I will not accept extra credit if you are missing any work from the current grading period.
