periods 1,4,6: Read The Giver chapters 5 and 6. Do your next literature assignment (the number after the one you last did).

periods 2,3: Read 1984 from VI on page 55 to VIII on about page 70. Do the next literature circle assignment (the number after the one you last did)

There is an extra credit assignment that is due on May 21 (A) and May 22(B). It is worth a maximum of 45 points, but you may do as much of it as you want. Make sure you put the question number with your answer if you don't do them all, so I know which question you are answering. I will not accept the extra credit assignment late or if you are missing any work from this grading period.

Group projects are due June 1 and 2 and will be entirely done in class.
