1. Have your parents or guardian read and sign the parent letter. Please have your parents/guardian fill in their e-mail address on the letter. E-mail is the best way for me to communicate with your parents.
2. About Me. Fill out the front and then write the autobigraphy on the back. Please put the three-line heading on the back. If you wish, you may write or type the autobiography on separate paper and staple it to the back.

Wednesday, August 17, 2011 - Welcome!
Welcome to 7th grade English and Advanced English! Most of you in my first and second periods are on Team Extreme. Most of you in my third period are on Team Challenge. (Makes no difference; you will just have different teachers for your other subjects).
You can look on this blog for your homework assignments and the daily agenda for class. It is generally up to date, but doesn't usually go ahead of the current day. If you are absent, you can look here for the homework assignment or a list of things we did in class.
Please note that I am here on A days only this year. I am in Room G-4. I will try to get here by 8 in the morning if you need me. I will also be here after school most A days.

Notebook (spiral) to be used for English only
Pencils and erasers - More than 1!! Mechanical are fine
Pen or two
A section in your binder for handouts and to keep paper for use in class.
Nice to have: colored pencils, small stapler, small three hole punch, hand sharpener (that catches shavings)
